Creating a direct booking

Take phone or email reservations with custom arrival dates.

  1. Step 1

    Direct booking path

    Choose Bookings → New Booking → Direct Booking. Unlike walk-in, you enter both check-in and check-out dates manually.

    Complete the same three steps: room and dates, guest information, then payment and confirmation.
