Checking guests in and out

Operate the check-in/out table with filters and room assignment.

  1. Step 1

    Check-in/Check-out table

    Go to Front Desk → Check-in/Check-out. Filter by guest, room type, booking status, or payment status to focus on arrivals or departures.

    Select guests to check in, assign rooms, or check out. A registration sidebar supports capturing details during the interaction.

  2. Step 2

    Room assignment

    When checking in, assign a physical room that matches the booked room type and is available on the Dashboard room board.
