Select a guest from the directory to open their profile (`/guest_and_crm/profile/:guestId`). Review contact information and history entry points tied to bookings.
Step 2
Planned CRM features
Communication log, Loyalty program, and Feedback screens exist in routing but are not fully available in the current desktop build. Use Guest profile and Bookings for operational needs today.
