Assigning and programming a guest card

Link a card to a stay with valid from/to dates.

Step 1
Assign and Program Card
From Key Card Management → Physical cards, open Assign and Program Card. Select the guest stay so validity matches check-in and check-out.
Program the card on the encoder when prompted; confirm the room matches the assigned physical room.
- Re-program cards after room moves or stay extensions.
- Deactivate or replace cards promptly at checkout.
