Windows requirement
Programming physical guest keycards requires the Lodgeflow Desktop app on Windows with a compatible card encoder connected.
On macOS or Linux you can still manage lock lists and assignments, but encoding happens on the Windows workstation.
Step 2
Encoder status
On Physical cards, review encoder status before peak check-in. Resolve driver or USB issues before guests arrive.
