Step 1
Start from your invite email
Open the invitation link or launch the app and choose Accept invite from Lodgeflow. Enter the verification code sent to your email; use Resend code if it expires.
Step 2
Complete account and hotel details
Fill in your name, role, and password on Complete your profile. Then add your hotel name, address, timezone, currency, and regional settings on Add your hotel.
Accurate timezone and currency matter for night audit timing, folios, and payment rounding.
