Setup checklist overview

Complete required setup steps before Lodgeflow redirects you away from the Dashboard.

  1. Step 1

    When the checklist appears

    After login, if required setup items are incomplete, navigation to the Dashboard sends you to the Checklist screen (“You’re Almost There! Set Up to Start Booking”).

    Each item links to the screen where you complete that step. Required items must be finished before you can operate bookings normally.

  2. Step 2

    Typical required steps

    Create a room type, add at least one physical room, set default check-in and check-out times in General settings, connect a payment provider, add hotel contact details, and upload your hotel logo.

    Optional recommendations may appear below required items—complete them before high season when possible.
