Lodgeflow is a hotel property management system (PMS) built for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Staff use it at the front desk and back office to manage reservations, check-ins, rooms, guests, payments, discounts, and key cards.
The app is organized around a sidebar: Dashboard, Bookings, Front Desk, Room Management, Guest & CRM, Discounts (when enabled), Key Card Management, and Settings.

Who should use which areas
Property owners and general managers typically complete onboarding, room setup, payment providers, and team permissions.
Front desk agents spend most of their time in Front Desk (check-in/out), Bookings, and the Dashboard room board.
Finance or night-audit roles may use Folio management, Taxes & Fees, and payment collection during bookings.
