    Supported platforms

    Lodgeflow Desktop runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Install the build your IT team distributes or download from your Lodgeflow onboarding email.

    You need a stable internet connection for reservations, payments, and lock integrations.

  2. Step 2

    Physical key card encoding

    Encoding guest keycards with a card encoder is supported on Windows only. macOS and Linux can manage locks, view cards, and run other front-desk workflows, but programming physical cards requires a Windows workstation at the front desk.
